Returns + Order Policies


Orders made online can be returned for exchange or in store credit
within 14 days of receiving your package.
You can return your purchase via mail or dropped off locally. 
(cost of postage is your own responsibility)
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Original tags must be attached. 
If the product sent back to 3GB was damaged during shipping, 3GB will not be held responsible. A refund/exchange will be done on a case to case basis if this occurs.

For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are not eligible
for return or exchange due to Health Canada regulation

Bathing accessories
Skin Care products
Beauty products

Any changes to orders must be received as soon as possible from the time of
placement of the original order.
Changes or requests may not be accepted, since products may have already
been shipped or not available.
We will be happy to adjust any order before it has left our location, but will not be able to make any changes once the products have left.

Cancellation requests must be received as soon as possible from the moment of placement of the original order.
We will not accept a cancellation after 24 hours or if the item is already packed.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted, since the products may already been shipped.
